ZIRO TPU95A Multicolor - Gradient

ZIRO TPU95A Gradient is a 1.75mm thermoplastic polyurethane filament with a Shore 95A hardness rating, offering a balance of flexibility and strength suited to functional and decorative 3D prints. It is made from premium raw materials and produces no notable odour during printing. The gradient colour formulation delivers smooth multicolour transitions across a single spool without filament changes.

Dimensional accuracy is held to +/- 0.05mm through CCD diameter-measuring control, keeping extrusion consistent and reducing the risk of clogs. Suggested print settings are a nozzle temperature of 200–230 °C, a bed temperature of 50–60 °C, and a print speed of 30–50 mm/s. The filament is compatible with most FDM printers on the market.

Each spool is mechanically wound to prevent tangles, then dried for 24 hours before being vacuum sealed to keep moisture out. The plastic spool measures 7.99 inches in diameter with a 2.36-inch hub hole diameter and a 2.48-inch width, designed for smooth feeding. Each package includes 0.8 kg of filament, a resealable storage bag, 5 m of cleaning filament, and a 5 m sample of a random filament. Store the filament in the resealable bag after use to maintain dryness.
