ZIRO PLA Single Color - Twinkling

ZIRO Twinkling PLA is a 1.75 mm filament made from premium PLA blended with glitter powder, giving printed parts a sparkling visual finish. The material is formulated to print without warping, clogging, or odor, making it suitable for a wide range of decorative and functional prints.

Each spool is wound mechanically to prevent tangles and knots during printing. Before packaging, the filament is dried for 24 hours and vacuum-sealed to keep moisture out. ZIRO recommends storing it in the included resealable bag between sessions to maintain that low-moisture condition.

Diameter is controlled to a tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm using CCD measuring equipment, helping maintain consistent flow and stable extrusion. Suggested print settings are a nozzle temperature of 190–220 °C, a bed temperature of 50–60 °C, and a print speed of 30–90 mm/s.

The spool is designed with a larger hub hole diameter of 2.36 inches to feed smoothly on most FDM printers. Each package includes 1 kg of Twinkling PLA, a resealable storage bag, 5 m of cleaning filament, and a 5 m sample of a random filament color.
