ZIRO PLA Single Color - Silks

ZIRO's Silks PLA filament is made from premium raw materials and produces a smooth, glossy surface that replicates the look and feel of silk without any post-print polishing. The material offers good ductility and higher strength, and prints without warping, clogging, or odor.

Each spool is wound using a fully mechanical process to prevent tangles and knots during printing. Before packaging, the filament is dried for 24 hours and vacuum-sealed to keep it moisture-free. A re-sealable bag is included to help you store the filament properly between uses.

Diameter accuracy is maintained at +/- 0.03mm through CCD measuring control, which contributes to consistent, stable extrusion. Suggested print settings are a nozzle temperature of 190–220 °C, a bed temperature of 50–60 °C, and a print speed of 30–90 mm/s.

The plastic spool measures 7.99 inches in diameter with a 2.36-inch hub hole diameter and a width of 2.48 inches, making it compatible with most FDM printers. Each package contains 2.2 lbs of vacuum-packed filament, a resealable storage bag, 5 meters of cleaning filament, and a 5-meter random filament sample.
