Ziro PLA Multi-Color Stripes - Matte

Ziro Multicolor Stripes Matte PLA is a 1.75mm filament made from three colors co-extruded side by side, then deliberately twisted as it is spooled. When printed, this twist produces rapid, sharp color bands across the surface of the model — a noticeably different effect from standard rainbow filaments, which shift color more gradually.

The matte surface finish reduces glare and minimizes the visibility of layer lines. Dimensional accuracy is held to +/- 0.03mm tolerance, which supports consistent extrusion and helps the color transitions remain clean and defined. The filament is based on standard PLA, so it prints with low warp, good bed adhesion, and is compatible with most FDM printers.

Recommended nozzle temperature is 190–220°C, bed temperature 50–65°C, and print speed 40–60mm/s. The striped effect is most pronounced on curved or geometrically complex surfaces, where the twisted filament has the most opportunity to express its full range of color variation.

This filament suits projects such as vases, busts, toys, and geometric models where strong color contrast is desired without the need for multiple extruders or filament changes.
