ZIRO Carbon Fiber PLA Filament

ZIRO Carbon Fiber PLA is a 3D printing filament that blends standard PLA with a 15% carbon fiber infusion. The result is a material that retains the straightforward printability of PLA while offering meaningfully improved strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability compared to unfilled PLA.

Dimensional accuracy is held to a tolerance of +/- 0.03mm, which helps ensure that functional parts and fitted components come out consistent and repeatable. The carbon fiber content also contributes to improved layer adhesion and increased resistance to higher temperatures.

The filament prints at a nozzle temperature of 200–230°C with a bed temperature of 50–60°C. Because carbon fiber is abrasive, a hardened steel nozzle is recommended to reduce wear over time. The filament feeds smoothly and is suited to a range of uses including prototypes, engineering parts, and load-bearing objects.

Prints have a subtle carbon fiber texture that gives finished parts a functional, understated appearance.
